Construction Institute CPL Ltd., Novi Sad
CPL Construction Institute is a company for consulting services in the field of construction and design of roads, airports, railways, bridges, tunnels and other buildings. As a special and independent legal entity with more than 50 years of experience in the field of laboratory testing of construction materials, consulting and design services on the Serbian and European markets, it has joined forces with the Austrian company "NIEVELT Ingenieur" GmbH from Vienna.
CPL Construction Institute consists of nine accredited laboratories for testing construction materials according to SRPS ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 (01-180), an independent accredited certification body according to SRPS EN ISO / IEC 17065: 2016 (04-014) - verified by by the Accreditation Body of Serbia (ATS), and from five sectors for consulting services, supervision and design. The CPL Construction Institute is in the process of being approved by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure for a Designated Conformity Assessment Body for a natural fractionated aggregate for concrete and asphalt.

Accredited certification body of the Construction Institute CPL according to the standard SRPS EN ISO / IEC 17065: 2016, deals with the certification of fractionated stone aggregate for concrete and asphalt.
Consulting services, supervision and design are performed by the Construction Institute CPL through the following sectors:

The headquarters of the Construction Institute CPL is located in a purpose-built and specially equipped office building in Novi Sad, with an area of over 3,000 m2, all according to the requirements of European standards. The project of the facility and all laboratories was done in cooperation with Austrian experts from the company "NIEVELT Ingenieur" GmbH.
The CPL Construction Institute also has mobile laboratories for geomechanics, concrete and asphalt located on several large construction sites in Serbia, and its permanent branches are located in Belgrade, Cacak and Sabac.
CPL Construction Institute is currently engaged in the most strategically important projects in Serbia:
• Professional supervision over the execution of works on the construction of the Belgrade bypass on the highway E70 / E75, section: Bridge over the river Sava near Ostružnica - Bubanj Potok (sectors 4, 5 and 6) (FIDIC Contract);
• Professional supervision over the execution of works on the construction of the highway E-763, section: Preljina - Požega (FIDIC Contract);
• Professional supervision over the execution of works on the construction of the road Ruma-Sabac-Loznica (FIDIC Contract);
• Professional supervision over the execution of works on the construction of the Fruška Gora corridor;
• Expert supervision on EBRD sections of state roads for rehabilitation within the RRSP (FIDIC Agreement);
• Geotechnical investigation works and laboratory tests for the needs of modernization and reconstruction of the Hungarian-Serbian railway connection on the territory of Serbia for the section Novi Sad – Subotica – state border (Kelebija);
• Construction of a highway in Montenegro, Bar - Boljare, section: Smokovac - Mateševo and many others.
State-of-the-art equipment and long laboratory practice form the basis of the professional approach of the CPL Construction Institute. Over 300 employees - licensed engineers of various technical professions and professional staff with extensive work experience - achieve excellent results in the field of consulting, design and laboratory services.
